Yes. Applicants may pursue graduate studies abroad as long as the institution is recognized and the program aligns with PhilSA’s Key Development Areas.

Yes, with proper endorsement and if they pass the internal scholarship selection process of their agency.

Scholars are required to serve the country in a relevant role for a period equivalent to the scholarship duration.

Only if the granting institution allows a deferment and provides written consent. Otherwise, applicants must fulfill it first.
