    Eligibility Screening

    PhilSA Secretariat will check your eligibility and completeness of your application.

    Committee Evaluation

    If eligible, your application is reviewed by the AD ASTRA Scholarship Committee. You may be called for an interview.

    Approval & Notification

    If approved, you will receive a Notice of Acceptance and instructions for next steps.

    Accept Offer & Sign Agreement

    Confirm your acceptance, submit required documents, and sign the scholarship agreement.

    Disbursement & Scholar Journey

    PhilSA issues your Certificate of Scholarship and begins disbursement. Track your progress and submit reports through the system.
